Using a workflow to close out multiple activities and setting actual end date RRS feed

  • Hello, I am using an On Demand workflow to give my users the ability to close out multiple phone calls.  The issue is that the actual close date defaults to todays date.  I need to have the actual close date set to the date the phone call was created.  Any ideas?

  • You should be able to do this:

    Workflow:

    Phone Call Set Properties:

    Result:

    Actual End = Created On

    I would have pasted a picture here also, but there is a limit of 2.
