Email Router RRS feed

  • I have my email router now setup and the users are all set to "email router" for incoming/outgoing but it is still taking a while for the emails to be sent.  They say "pending sent."  I just updated my system settings in CRM to send to 1 min, it was on 10min, but it is still taking at least 10 minutes for the emails to send.  Also, do I need to have "Allow Use of Email Router" checked within each individual users options and have them fill out their user name and password?  I currently do not have mine checked and the emails send out but it takes a long time to send.  Am I missing something? Also, it appears that emails are showing up on the application events on the exchange server of old emails says the receipients didnt match any records??? Its slowing exchange down?
