    "If a candidate does not achieve a passing score the second time, the candidate must wait at least 14 days before retaking the exam a third time."

    So, if I fail the exam 14 Jan, I can only retake on 28 Jan or 29 Jan?

    above stated is the policy of my course, was wondering how to calculate the mentioned 14 days?

    The time starts the day after you take the exam. So you would need to wait until 29 Jan.
