Impossible to install Fixit Center - Impossibile installare Fixit Center RRS feed

    Hi all, i tried yet sometimes to install it also after a reboot, but everytime i have this error:

    An unexpected error has occurred.
    Error: Impossible to access to the Windows Installer service. This can occur if you run Windows in Safe Mode, or if Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel

    What can i do?

    Ciao a tutti, ho già provato varie volte, anche a sistema appena avviato, ogni volta che provo ad installare mi esce quest'errore:

    An unexpected error has occurred.
    Error: Impossibile accedere al servizio Windows Installer. Cò può verificarsi se si esegue Windows in modalità provvisoria, o se Windows Installer non è installato correttamente. Contattare il personale di assistenza.

    Cosa posso fare?

    Windows Xp SP3 totally patched

    Hi Blascogeno,

        Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Fix it Center (beta).  I'm sorry to hear that.  Could you please provide me your Fix it install event log informations? Please go to          

               1. Control panel -> Administrative Tools -> Open Event Viewer

               2. Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Applications

        After you select this section and please note to source content, if you find any error/warning about "fix it center/matsvc" please provide to me.  Looking forwarding to your reply. Thanks.
