Alert Me not working

  Hi.

  
  

  I need help turning on Alert Me. I have been posting in the Expression Media forum and always select Alert Me for my posts. I never receive an alert. I checked at the top, my screen name; it takes me to my Social Profile page.  Click on My Application Settings in the right rail and I have Enable Live Alerts checked.

  
  

  I'm running 10.5.5 on a few Macs.

  
  

  It would be great if this feature worked so I wouldn't have to dig around and find my posts. Someone from the support team please respond and advice to the steps I can take to get this feature working.
