I'm trying to subscribe, but every time I click on the automatic activation, it takes me to unknown screens that have nothing to do with LiveOneCare and I cannot subscribe. Frankly, I'm losing my temper and confidence in this software!

In what country are you located and what is the language setting in Internet Explorer options on your computer?
