  • Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same issue and wondered if there was a fix / mis-configuration that I need to resolve.

  • It seems to be an firewall issue.. I'll check the port requirement again

If the deployment seems fine then take netmon traces from the external user and see whats going on?

  • I have the same issue. I sniffed the communication between internal user computer and external user computer and I found that both want to connect using their own IP. The firewall drop the connection, because there isn't a rule to permit that.

    Any one can help us?

  • Are either of you using a NAT'd private IP address on the A/V Authentication Edge role?

  • I had the same problem. My configuration: consolidated edge with 3 nics (internal, DMZ, A/V-external). DMZ is NATted and is used for access and webconf, A/V has a public IP and is connect to the outside.

My default gateway was on my DMZ nic; I could access from external but w/o audio. Using A/V nic as default gw prohibited connection from the outside. As an experiment (I know this is not state of the art) I set up both default gateways and put in a reg key to disable dead gateway detection. (DWORD EnableDeadGWDetect in HKLM\\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters set to 0).

It works now but I'm not shure if this is the right solution.
