Transfer MS Office 2007 Small Business Edition to another PC

  Hi,
  I had a computer where i had activated MS Office 2007 small business edition on the Windows 7 x64 Home edition. Now i have purchased a new Laptop where i want to transfer the license from the first computer. How do i do it. I couldn't find anything on MS website except contact microsoft which is chargable?
