Mulltiple copies of files

Question
-
It was suggested that I re-post this question in this forum.
I'm using a program called "Dupliacate Cleaner Free". It checks for files with the same content even if they have different names.
Looking at the results on my C drive I have 28,700 duplicate files on my main drive and I want to get rid of as many as I can.
My first issue is with msvcr80.dll
Seems I have 10 copies of this file and 6 of them have a different name.
The names and locations of the files with duplicate content are as follows:
MSvcr80.dll C:BcmSqlSetup\pcsource
MSvcr80.dll C:BcmSqlSetup\x86\
MSvcr80.dll C:BcmSqlSetup\pcsource\x86\
MSvcr80.dll C:BcmSqlSetup\
37hpravq.Im8 C:BcmSqlSetup\x86\setup\windows\system32\
h2rg91xw.1p4 C:BcmSqlSetup\x86\setup\windows\winsxs\92rg91xw.1p4
k2rg91xw.1p4 C:BcmSqlSetup\x86\setup\windows\winsxs\b2rg91xw.1p4
37hpravq.Im8 C:BcmSqlSetup\pcsource\x86\setup\1033\windows\system32\
h2rg91xw.1p4 C:BcmSqlSetup\pcsource\x86\setup\1033\winsxs\92rg91xw.1p4
k2rg91xw.1p4 C:BcmSqlSetup\pcsource\x86\setup\1033\winsxs\b2rg91xw.1p4
Do I really need all these copies and if so, why the different names for the same file content.
Thanks

Looks like the setup files for business contact manager so you can probably delete if no longer needed.
I'd ask for more help over here.
