Duplicate welcome email getting created in MS CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Hi All,

     we have an issue in our incident creation process in MS CRM 2011.

     We have OOB workflow to create welcome email to customer  once the case get created and also send email field set to "Yes". But the issue when we do the this process there are two welcome email getting created.(and also its not every time we are facing this issue; some times only its getting creating duplicates.)

    What may be the reason behind this issue? Whats root cause for this?

    Please help!
