Slow Performance after installing rollup 13 RRS feed

  • We have been experiencing slowness in CRM after installing rollup 13. We recently upgraded CRM to rollup 13 and after that the performance has been slow, especially the advanced find queries. The event viewer is full of warnings about the extended threshold limit for advanced find queries.

    We have cleaned the database and added few indexes as well. Nothing seems to help.

    Has someone experienced the same issue before? does any roll up (14, 15, 16) fixes this issue?

  • A couple of things you can try.  Upgrade to Update Rollup 15 and see if that corrects the issue.  If not, go through the optimization whitepaper and ensure your environment is optimized.

  • Thanks for your reply.

    We had issues with upgrade to Rollup 15. For example, when we double clicked on a read only field it generated a javascript error visible on the left bottom of the page. So we scraped the upgrade. Later we upgraded to Rollup 16 and it worked fine. Performance is much better now.
