  • Hi there,

    to make sure that we stay in touch with our customers i want my salespeople to call them once a month. to make sure salespeople don't forget to call i want CRM to create a phone call 2 days before the phone call is due. 

    My approache was following:
    created a new attribute in entity account which includes the "Last Contact Date" 

    Workflow with a wait condition that checked the Last contact date (when equals)
    and created new phone call.

    My problem are following. I tried Workflow timeout equal last contact date as wait condition but somehow when wait condition was not equal the workflow started anyhow???

    I also was reading that the workflow will stop after 7 loops. Is there any workaround so i dont need to check after 7 loops each account and reset the workflow?

    i have following problem. I want  a workflow to create a phone call after a cerntain amount of time has past.
