WHS 2011 DashBoard Crash

Question
-
Hi,
I have a Windows Home server 2011 and from yesterday I am no longer able to access the dashboard both from a W7 client and on the server via RDP or Console.
This happend after file explorer crashed and I had to reboot it the hard way (power off button)
I have searched for solutions and done the following:
- Removed .Net frame work 4.0 and installed from scratch. (in specific order)
- Removed any recent Windows updates.
- Removed all plugins for WHS
- Save mode dashboard also fails
- Checked the certmgr for expired certificates. There was one but there was also a new one.
- Cleaned the user settings from the profile for the dashboard
Also I reinstalled the system 3 times now but it is coming back.
Anyone an idea whats going on?

Hi, I suggest you first make sure that the user has administrator permission. You can also create a new user with administrator privilege to see the result.
Also, for crash issues on application level, the root cause can vary. The error message is very general and collecting and analyzing dump files will be the most efficient method to pinpoint the root cause.
To resolve this issue efficiently, you can also open up a service request by following the wizard at http://support.microsoft.com/select/Default.aspx?target=assistance. Microsoft Customer Support Service is the best resource for this kind of issues.
