Hi .
When you registrar in the Prometric you need to provide the valid Email address .
In 2-3 weeks or less you will get the mail that MS send to the new costumer and this email will have that code .
You will get the access to the MS MCP site but you need to get the first email from them .
Check junk mail , check in prometric site the status of the test , the first one it will take some time to get the code.

Hi,
Please contact the Regional Service Center for your country/region. Here is the URL: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/help.aspx.
Provide them with whatever information you can. This will help them identify the issue. Sergey's response was very helpful. If log in to the Prometric site, you should be able to print a receipt for the exam that you passed. This receipt will have information that the Regional Service Center can use to set up your account.
Good luck.

First, when did you pass the exam? Also, check to see if the email was flagged as junk mail and was automatically put there.Friday, July 26, 2013 12:58 PMAnswerer
