  • Hello - Does CRM provide basic user settings functionality that users can directly use to manage their preferences?

    Specifically, I'd like users to be able to go into their user settings and select notification preferences.

    For example, if the system associates a new activity to a user's case then I'd like the user to have the ability to choose if he wants to be notified of the new activity as soon as it's associated or notified of new activities on a daily basis, etc.

    Do you know if CRM provides this functionality out of the box?

  • Hi,

    There are not notifications of this kind out of the box - but you can easily create a workflow that runs on create of activities that send an email to the owner - you would need to configure the email router to send emails for the users that you provide as the 'from' address of your automatic email.
