I am Using CRM 2015 and Make 3 SLA of type Enhanced and using SLA KPI
Resolve by KPI Instance
CRM built-in Configuration of this Instance is as

1SLA: If Priority High 2 Hours
2 SLA: If Priority Nomral 4 Hours
3 SLA : If Priorty Low 6 Hours
Problem if i want to pause any SLA Where I Pause the timer...
in Status of Case there is not Status of Paused..
