    It would be very useful if a Thread could be added to multiple forums (similar to the NNTP newsgroups).

    Often, users want to 'widen the net' and will post duplicates in multiple forums. If it were possible for the user to select multiple forums, and if there was an internal method of handling multi-forum posting of a single thread -it would be a wonderful function!!

    Hmm that's an interesting ask. I'm not sure if it would have a high enough use for us to justify the feature. It also seems redundent to post the same question in more than 1 forum, but I can understand why you may need to the way some forums are organized.

    If our social bookmarking (tagging) really takes off we'd have a new way to use our system without forums specifically so I wonder if tagging will at least get you broader distribution of the question when used with popular tags.
