CRM not accessible exterally after enabling IFD RRS feed

  • I get an ADFS error when I try to access the CRM externally.

    I have created a friendly URL for my crm server, enabled claims based authentication using the friendly URl.

    Everything seems to be working fine when accesssed internally, but when accessed externally I am given an error saying contact the administrator. Any advise??

  • Hi Sandy,

    Do you have an ADFS Proxy setup, can you check if the ADFS proxy is up. Restart the ADFS service if the proxy is not up.

    Check the ADFS event viewer error logs in the ADFS proxy server.

    This should help you narrow down on the error.  Also if you can post the error here, we can try to help.
