CRM 2011 Online - Repeating emails - 49 times RRS feed

  • Question

  • Starting on Thursday of last week I received around 50 of the same emails. The email was sent through a workflow on 5/16 @ 8:57 and I received the last one on 5/17 @11:08. We are using the email router. I looked at the event log for those times and there are no errors that relate to the email router. There are a lot of errors from 5/6 to 5/13. The error is

I'm not sure if the two of them are related. Is this a known issue and is there a fix for it?

    Thanks,

  • Gary-

Can you verify that these emails are duplicate deliveries of the exact same email, rather than multiple identical emails created through workflow?

If created through workflow, you should be able to see all of the emails in an advanced find, or though checking the system jobs/workflow executions.

  • Hi James,

    Thanks for the reply!!

I checked the emails listed in CRM and it only shows up once.
