I want to send sales litrature to customers on lead creation without saving multiple attchment in database because attachment is increasing database size and also decreasing performance. Please suggest how i can send attachement to customers (contacts) without saving attachment into database. I want to save attachment reference into database and sales litrature at one place

Hello,

Unfortunately you have o possibility to do that without creation of attachments in the DB.

As a possible workaround you can publish your documents at SkyDrive and send customers urls instead of documents itself.
