How to use Crm Diag tool ? RRS feed

  • I've turned on CRM Diag Tool on CRM server but dont know where to see the error log using this tool ?

    I'm getting generic error 'Try this action again...' when creating quote under opportunity. I couldnt guess why it occurs.

  • Hi KwiKwi,

    1. Run the CRM diag tool in crm server
    2. click button to enable the trace
    3. trigger your error in crm
    4. click the zip trace to save as local copy.
    5. open the file in zip trace with CRM Trace Log viewer.
