Hello There,
We have recently upgraded our CRM to CRM 365 On-prem and trying to enable editable gird.
I can see only tablet and phone but not web. How to bring web as an option and enable editable grid?
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Pete,
I do not even see Web as an available option for any entity.
We also don't see Editable grid visible. when click on add control getting error message cannot add any new custom control. I have done further digging and found an article which they are saying it is not available for 365 on-prem as of yet.
Here is the article.

What entity are you trying to enable this for? I'm assuming you're doing this at the Entity level and not Sub Grid level?
This was reported too before on the Quote Product entity, where only Tablet and Phone were available to be checked, but not Web. I believe there are some entities that currently have limitations on the editable grid functionality, but I haven't been able to find the list of what those entities are, but I did find a few others (Activity, Opportunity Product, Order Product). I believe these are more "special" entities as there are some core CRM functionality / code built around them, and they're more complex.
Also, Quote Product and Opportunity Product have their own editable grids (prior to Dynamics 365) so that may be why you can't enable it on the web for them.
You can see this blog for more information.

Hi Pete,
Thank you for your response.
This is not for a specific entity. We cannot see web as an option at global level.
We can't add any custom control for Dynamics 365 on-prem. we have latest rollup update as well.
Is there a way we can add or enable custom control after dynamics 365 is installed?
Any help is appreciated.

Not sure I'm following when you say this is at a global level. The editable grids are enabled at the entity level. For example, if you click on the Contact entity, on the Controls tab (3rd one over), you'll be able to click "Add Control..." and select "Editable Grid" and from there should be able to select Web. See the screenshot below. I know that some entities don't allow you to select Web as an option, which is why I had posted previously about Quote Product, Opportunity Product, Activity, etc.
Here's some more information that may also help you configure and use editable grids.
