I have a CRM 2011 server where I manage my product.
One simple question:
We have our document PDF representating our product and service in a newtwork share. I have seen we add document to a product. I got the idea to attached the PDF brochure to each of our product. When doing so :
1 - What is the best approcha to do that ?
2 - Does the document is store in CRM database, or is it just a link to original document location ?
