Remove From My Forums

Windows live onecare has found potentially unwanted software window showing up every second.

The window shows Trojan: win32/Boaxxe.F.
I have followed the instruction removing this infection to it end, where it shows that the malware file has been removed. but, the window continue to show up every second.
I need help stopping it.
