Use of Queues RRS feed

  • Dear all,

    I am  abit confused on the use of Queues in CRM online.
    Actually, I have outlook client which is able to connect to CRM online to get information as well as tracking incoming email potential leads.

    Based on that this setting is on all our employee mail box.

    We have a generail incoming box called info@mydomaine.com where all our web lead can leave us a request.

    Does that kind of mail box is a good candidate, to be automatically attached to a queue and collect all email incoming from that email ? spam as well unfortunately.

    Does that that Info mail box can be used to send company news through the queue in order to avoid getting employee email visible ?
