office genuine validation issues RRS feed

    please tell me what i need to do to obtain the validation that i ereuire in order to update my office suiote. i got this computer about 6 years ago from my company , southern natural gas, in birmingham, alabama. the computers where given to every employee that wanted one, brand new, and trhe software was all bundled on the systems when we took delivery of them. i am thwe administrator on my own machine, and i know this is the original, and genuine software that i at one time had the discs with the product codes for. please help me resolve this troublesome issue!

    1. Download and run the MGA Diagnostic Tool: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012


    2. After running the MGA Diagnostic Tool, click on the "Windows" tab and then click on "Copy".


    3. Next, visit the following website and create a post in the "WGA Validation Problems" forum and paste the results of the WGA Diagnostic Data in a detailed post. http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/default.aspx?SiteID=25


    4. A WGA troubleshooting specialist will analyze the data and recommend an appropriate solution.
