  • I bought the Vista Ultimate - bonus pack shows error

    I have registered and have genuine vista.

    I bought my system from cyberpower and had it mailed APO to me in germany.

    I work for the US Army in germany, if it doesn't work because I am here. Then thanks for supporting the troops microsoft!!!!

  • Looks like the same error I got and I also purchased from Cyberpower.  If it's the same issue as mine, you will need to Activate your Windows Vista Ultimate online before going through the validation.  It will ask you for a product Key and that should be on the right side of your CPU.  I got to the Activation dialogue in the Welcome to Windows under the Start.  I believe I clicked on computer info or some such link and you will probably see under there that you only have so many days left to activate windows or it will stop working.  Good luck.
