Hotmail: Enlarging photos in Hotmail emails without downloading

  Is there an option, when viewing photos in an email, to enlarge the photo without having to download it?  In Gmail, when you open the email, you have a (+) or ( - ) right on the email that you can adjust the photo without going to the trouble of downloading it to another folder on your computer.  I store my paid bills in my email acct. and sometimes I want to review them right on the open email.
