Can WLOC 2.0 upgrade to a new version while log in as a standard user account( Windows Vista)? or is it required for user to log in as administrator in order for WLOC to upgrade to a new version.
Another good question, which I will leave unanswered for now. As far as I know, once OneCare is installed, the updates will happen no matter what account type is logged in as it runs as a System process.

Still using WLOC 1.6.2111.12 and today it automatically updated to new version 1.6.2111.28 (not a major update "restart manager") while i was log in as a standard user account. Although it did not warn me that it update to a new version 1.6.2111.28, i had to look at event viewer to find that out. If it's a major upgrade will it automatically restart in standard user account?
It should behave the same as it did for you with the minor update. It stops the services and restarts them. If you PC needs to be rebooted, you'll need to log back in, of course.
