  When configuring using Microsoft Dynamics Configuration Wizard at step 2

   

  1.       On the Select Organization page, from the list, select the organization that you want to connect to, and then click Next.

  I do not have any options in the box displayed to me.

   

  How do I get the URL of the organization appear in that box so that I can go on the next step.
