    How can this is possible through crm if you have a lot of contacts to update??

    Select all records you want to update, and click Assign in the ribbon.

    Hi,

    If you want to assign lot of contact  records tousers then make sure to increase records per page before assigning:

    1. Change your CRM Record per page to 250 (In CRM go to File->Options and change Records per Page to 250) so it will be much easier for you to select up to 250 records assign records

    2. Select all records, click on the Assign button and then select User to assign them (You can use Advance find to search records with different criteria, select them and assign).
