Scroll bars and empty windows in the Clinic 6262AE "Introducing Windows Workflow Foundation using >net Framework 3.5"

  I'm experiencing scroll bars less windows, and empty windows without controls just one OK button, trying to access the text, games and self test features of the clinic 6262AE.
  
  I'm using IE 8 Beta
  Windows XP SP3
  Penthium(R) D CPU 3.4 Ghz
  2 GB RAM
