Problems with TurboCAD Pro 14.2 RRS feed

  • My system went down and I didn't reinstall all the software once I bought it back up.  However it has been a short while and I realize I once again need TurboCAD Pro 14.2.  Upon trying to install it I couldn't find the Account Number so I contacted IMSI and they supplied me with a new one.  Upon using the new Account Number the package would not install.  I did find my original Account Number but now the system will not allow me to use it as it no longer request an Account Number.  I contacted IMSI again but they couldn't help me.  Finally after fiddling around with it I left it hanging and went to address my emails.  I noticed after about ten minutes or so I got a message telling me the installer could not install TurboCAD and did I want to quit: I quit.  Then I realized TurboCAD began to install and it was simply held up by the installer.  Is anyone aware of a way I can stop the installer from invoking when I run TurboCAD; it does this every time.
