Blocked PID on OEM system RRS feed

  • We have a client system which was recently returned to us for software upgrades which does not pass the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Check.

    This is a touchscreen PC we purchased some time ago. Microsoft Windows was pre-installed (OEM).

    Was our key stolen? How do we remedy to the situation?
