I am trying to re-install since my computer crashed 2 days ago and when I do I keep getting a message that my Live ID is not recognized with any subscriptions. I have Onecare on 2 of my other computers but trying to re-install on my main one and not able to......any suggestions????
Hello Johnny, you are most likely not using the correct Live ID to activate One Care. On one of your computers where One Care is activated, open One Care>Help>About Windows Live One Care and you will see the Live ID associated with your subscription.Jim
