CRM integration with Dynamics Marketing RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I'm trying to integrate MS Dynamics CRM 2015 Online with MS Dynamics Marketing.

Integration works for MDM -> CRM

When I created Contact in MDM it appeard in CRM.

Integration don't work for CRM -> MDM

When I created Contact in CRM it didn't appear in MDM.

The case is when I'm trying manually synchronize by Run Initial Sync in MDM everything is OK . Only automatic synchronization in CRM don't work. In system job I can see error:

The token provider was unable to provide a security token while accessing 'https://mdm-41d8005f-9ca5-431c-a649-3710976d13fa-sb.accesscontrol.windows.net/WRAPv0.9/'. I'm using service bus queues managed by MS Dynamics Marketing. Anyone knows what's wrong?

    Regards,

    Paul
