    The above gets sent to my husband over & over.

    He created this account under fake details because he only wants to use the email addrees when emailing the police, community paper or any other governing body about his concerns. He knows his password but Windows does not allow him to sign in.

    He then followed the reset process, WHICH IS CLEARLY non userfriendly. He manged to answer what he could but how must he remember who he emailed if he only uses the email now & then AND you ask for the subject line.
