I have the same problem. I've tried http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903275/ a "Fix it" fixed the problem, I activated my office again, but after a few outlook session I saw again the same annoying message.
I can start Outlook (Word, Excel) several times without the message, but I get 1 or 2 messages / day.
