As several others have noted, the Power Pack 3 beta download has been removed from Connect. This would seem to indicate that the public beta period has been terminated. :)
There are several questions that people are probably wondering about:
- Does this mean that another beta will shortly be available for download?
- Does this mean that an RC will shortly be available for download?
- Does this mean that Power Pack 3 will soon be released?
- How can I get Power Pack 3 now that the Microsoft beta has concluded?
Unfortunately, the answer to the first three is effectively "Microsoft hasn't said." There's no information available publicly as to release schedule, future beta versions, etc.
The answer to the 4th question is that you can't get it at this time. The only source for the beta was the Connect site, and with the removal of the download there's no alternate location you can go to. Note that it is illegal to upload the beta to a site for others to download (you agreed not to do so when you downloaded it).
