Everyday this forum loses my email and I loose notifications

Question
-
I have posted this problem here and in the forum for forum problems. NOTHING IS BEING DONE!!!!
Is there anyone from MS who cares that this is happening or get in touch with someone that can help. This happens about every second day.
Between the problems with the forum not even showing and the email problem, I think the last update to this forum really screwed up!!!
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every couple of days the alert me is gone on the Submit line. I then go to alert me at the top. This takes me to the page where I can see that my email is gone. I input it, respond to the confirmation email. Get thanks for signing up. The fact that I have been signed up for years doesn't seem to bother the forum.
The problem is WHY IS THE FORUM LOSING MY EMAIL! (caps intentional).
They have made a change to the forums (you can now see the waiting GIF) and with that change and pretty much every time they make a change it screws up. I have reported this to the "correct" forum but nothing is done about it. No one from MS responds so I guess there is no one looking after these forums.

After you set up alerts email did you receive and respond to a verification email? If not this may be the reason. The verification message should come from forumsup at microsoft dot com
