excel 2003 charts opens as a blank page RRS feed

    I am trying to resolve an issue on a customers pc where she opens any excel spreadsheet with a chart and the chart just displays as a blank white page. If I login the documents open correctly and if I rename her profile she can open the chart fine.

    She must have a setting in excel that is messing up her display of charts but I can't find it.
    Has anyone any idea what would do this?
