Error after upgrade from CRM 2016 to Dynamics 365 RRS feed

  • We had a CRM 2016 which we upgraded to Dynamics 365 On-Premise.

    First Service Pack 2 from CRM 2016 which upgraded the product to Dynamics 365 and then update 0.1 for Dynamics 365.

    Now some plugins and workflows fail with the following message: "Unable to load the plugin type: Microsoft.Crm.Common.ObjectModel.ActionCardActivityPlugin". But only if they are synchronous.

    Action card are a preview feature avilable in the preview tab of system setting in Online-installations. We are on-premise and dont have the preview-tab available.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Never mind. We had another full role server in the deployment that was not upgraded. The server was deactivated in deployment manager and the error went away.
