Convert English Windows XP laptop to Spanish

  I have a client who has a English XP Pro laptop;she wants to sent it to her mother in Peru who speak on Spanish.  Is it possible to install Spanish XP on the machine?  I don't mean inputting in Spanish but completely convert the machine over to Spanish.  Is it possible to use a Spanish xp pro (oem) disk to re-install with the English xp key?  tx
