Fed up ready to trash one care live as getting no "live" help!!! RRS feed

  • I had to reinstall my OS and because of this had to reinstall my One Care program which I just registered in March 2009 on this same computer.  I established my ID and password as correct and when I enter the product key to reactivate on this same computer it says it's already activated and/or my user ID/password is incorrect.  I can go on my Live One Care site just fine so it is there.  Right now, my paid subsription shows a trial basis of 15 days...Does anyone have a telephone direct contact number for One Care????  No forums, blogs, suggestions, nothing is resolving this for me and I am about to trash this and get my money back!!!

  •  Your subscription is linked to your Live ID so you can't re-enter the product key. Open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password originally used to set up your One Care account and One Care will activate.
