    yes you right.. there must be feedback option in the site. Points are also not updating properly

    so that he can rectifie it

    you can't say that. they are trying their best for solving our problems. but due to bandwidth crunch, they are taking time to solve our problems. we must appreciate their efforts.

    I also agree with Sanket .The admin is trying it's best to run the contest efficiently but in a real world there are always some problems that are needed to be handled  which may take time.
