hi veera pvr!
in earning MCT - Microsoft Certified Trainer. All candidates must have attained MCPD - Microsoft Certified Professional Developer at first.
you can choose as follows - MCPD Titles:
- ASP.NET 3.5 Developer
- Windows Developer 3.5
- Enterprise Application Developer 3.5
or simply move up on the new streams of (.net) 4.0 Certifications
thanks.

Veera,
I want to become a MCT for .net technology as well. Which version of .net are you most fluent on? Maybe that would be one of the reasons for you to pick which one you want to certify on.
I took the MCPD certification for .net 3.5 because I am using the technology every day in my work. The degree of familiarity on the technology would make it much easier for you to pass the certification exams for MCPD.
