  Dear Outlook Express,

  I always loved my hotmail account.  I can't stand Outlook Express.  None of my many friends like it either and are going to change, as am I.

  I am asking that you bring Hotmail back.  It was the best e-mail site I've ever had, and I've used hotmail for at least a decade or more, and it was the best!!

  Please do something about this!!  We are so disappointed compared to what we had!!
