  • Question

  • This started a few days ago, Just popped up saying not genuine. I've tried accessing slui etc permission denied. it's the same with activating permission denied. One of the problems is i have 2 different product keys. The sticker key did not work through cmd and the other key from keyfinder did. The only problem is it's still asking for activation. I don't know if a virus or something has altered files. I think some are missing. I did the rearm thing too it hasn't helped just given me 30 days but i cant access

  • It appears you have a Toshiba Model NB200 Mini Notebook.  That particular computer originally came with Windows XP Home Premium preinstalled and not Windows 7 Ultimate as shown in your MGA report.  You will need to replace this unauthorized installation of OEM SLP Windows 7 Ultimate with a genuine edition of Windows 7.  This is accomplished by purchasing a "Full Version" edition of Windows 7 and performing a "clean install" which requires a reformat of the hard drive.  You can purchase Full Version editions of Windows 7 from the convenience of the Microsoft Store.
