Dynamics 365 - do I need to make any changes to my code?

Question
-
I've got an email from Microsoft about the new Dynamics 365 that will be introduced on 1st November. Do I need to update the URL in my config files that are pointing to the existing CRM URL? I have CRM 2016 online. As the CRM admin, what do I need to do? I've been reading the links in the email, but it all seems a bit vague.
Thanks.

After November 1-st you will be notified regarding upcoming Upgrade to Dynamics 365. The url should remain the same. If something is changed you will be notified additionally.

Thanks for your reply.
So, come November 1st, I just carry on as normal? What do I need to tell the CRM users? Will there be a different URL for them? Or is it just that the tile for the CRM app will now say 'Dynamics'?
