Problem of link unrelated names with author entries

my entry (Jonathan P. Bowen) is associated with the totally unrelated co-author I Arakawa. Why is this and can it be corrected.?I have noticed this issue in other cases too. Is there a bug in the software? Can this be avoided in the future?
